Skyticket offers real-time fare and seat availability through direct airline connections via the New Distribution Capability (NDC), multiple payment options including credit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal, 24/7 customer support, and a user-friendly platform accessible via our website and mobile app.
Reservations can be easily made through our website or mobile app by selecting your desired service, entering travel details, choosing from available options, and completing the payment process.
For international flights, changes after payment are generally not permitted. If modifications are needed, the existing reservation must be canceled (subject to cancellation fees), and a new booking should be made.
If your flight is canceled by the airline due to reasons such as inclement weather or strikes, you may be eligible for a full refund or transfer to an alternative flight, depending on the airline's policy. Please contact the airline directly for rebooking and inform Skyticket within 7 days to process any applicable refunds.
Cancellations before payment incur no fees. After payment, cancellations are subject to airline cancellation fees and a Skyticket cancellation processing fee. Cancellations must be requested at least 3 business days before departure.
Before payment, cancellations can be made online via 'My Page' or 'My Reservation(s)'. After payment, please contact our customer service via telephone or email to process the cancellation.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after deducting applicable cancellation and administrative fees. The refund process may take approximately 2 to 3 months for international flights.
Skyticket accepts various payment methods, including credit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, and bank transfers. Please note that some payment methods may have specific conditions or processing times.
Yes, handling and administrative fees incurred at the time of booking are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
